The Bloomspace Experience

Bloomspace is an immersive experience that acts as a catalyst for leaders to discover, embrace, and liberate their truest voice to diversify corporate America’s power structure and achieve business results impossible to produce with more limited inputs.  

Through experience, coupled with extensive research and data from the neuroscience and emotional intelligence fields, the Bloomspace team knows how leaders learn and organizational systems transform and sustain change.  They want to focus on bringing these outcomes to women, especially women who are absent from the table. 

We hold an intentional focus on women of color and other underrepresented groups because no one else does this work in the same way. 

This is our why. 

The BloomSPACE

There exists a social psychology of space that makes a difference to the learner.  While what happens within a space is the most important element, it is certainly known that one’s environment plays a significant role in the opportunity to feel safe enough to absorb the experience.

Bloomspace embraces this truth and envisions a retreat space shown below. The existence of a serene, welcoming and secluded “home base” for Bloomspace will serve to amplify the opportunity for self-reflection and experience. It’s a space for impact.
